Happy Tuesday Everyone

Tonight is our annual Faithful Friends meal and reveal.  I didn't participate last year, but am looking forward to having a Faithful Friend this year.  It is sometimes hard to keep my identity a secret though, because my craftiness is well known in my church :)

I want to share another project I did for Valentines.  I found this on Splitcoast and they are so easy and pack lots of WOW!

These little "packs" hold Ghirardelli chocolate squares.  Yummy!

Getting Ready for a New Year

As we approach the end of 2010, I am busy formulating a strategy for 2011! Join me as I launch my Stampin' Up business by conducting workshops once a month. My goal is to begin working part-time with my current employer as I devote more time to establishing my dream career—becoming a successful Stampin' Up Demonstrator.

Love is in the Air Workshop

Nothing speaks of love more than Valentine's Day. I always think of the Victorian hand-made cards when I think of Valentine's Day. Children hand out Valentines to their school friends and always want a special card for their teacher. Then, there is that special someone in your life that a store bought card just will not express the love that you want to declare. Why not put your own ideas into a special project this year. Join me for a Valentine workshop on Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Here is a sample of the crafting options you will have:

You will have the opportunity to make one of these cute cards, a three-dimensional project and a gift tag.
Take a minute to look at the current promotion that Stampin' Up is running. Download the pamphlet to see the details!

Has it really been a month??????

I have such good intentions to post daily to my blog, but life somehow gets in the way! I have been crafting though and have some new items to post.

Today, I finished this matchbox dresser. The top and bottom pieces have been sitting on my table for over a week, but I finally got the inspiration I needed to finish it. I love vintage! I pulled out some lace that I have had for decades and played with it until I got the look I wanted. The top and bottom use Raspberry Tart DP and the drawers are made from Early Espresso. The Patterned Pine trees were stamped with Kiwi Kiss. I used Rose Red to stamp "Merry Christmas" from the Bells and Boughs set onto the Kiwi Kiss shape.

I plan to fill the drawers with little gifts for one of my Sisters-in-law for Christmas.

Holy Family

I still love this Christmas set. I used Cherry Cobbler for my base and added a layer of Always Artichoke and Deck the Halls dp. The Cherry Cobbler twill tape is awesome. It is so easy to tie!

Thanks for looking!
